    Actually the tool that is in the twelve o’clock position in you top photo is pretty much all I use on a day to day basis!

    I have that same electric chipper. It’s great for small jobs since the feeder opening really isn’t very large. One thing to remember when you’re planning to use it is to make sure what you’re going to shred is dry enough, it tends to clog if there’s too much wet material. I love it and use it often.

    Wanted to ask about the chipper as my compost rarely gets hot enough to break down the Bean Vines and small twigs.

    If I were required to use only tool for gardening, I’d have to choose a hori-hori, in stainless steel. AKA a garden knife, it replaces many of the trowels and other “single-purpose” tools I used to use. I work it very hard, with regular sharpening. I have yet to break one, but I’ve lost two of them by “unauthorized permanent borrowing”.

    I just purchased a Vacuum Mulcher, to assit me with my yard work. Ive only had it for a few weeks and I don’t know how I did yard work so long with out it. not only does my yard look better, I get done my work much faster. Does anyone else have a favorite tool to use in the yard?
